1. ITEC Training Courses Organized by CRCL – Financial Year 2023-2024 & 2024-2025
In FY 2024-2025, CRCL organized a series of ITEC (Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation) training programs aimed at enhancing global collaboration and capacity building in chemical analysis of customs samples , Classification of Goods, Regulatory Compliance and Illicit (NDPS) Drugs.

i. Hands-on Training on Chemical Analysis of NDPS & Precursor Chemicals
Participants: Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Iran, Maldives, Nigeria, Sri Lanka, Tanzania
Duration: 18th – 29th September, 2023(02 weeks)
ii. Chemical Analysis of Drugs of Abuse & Precursor Chemicals
Participants: Bhutan, Ethiopia, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan
Duration: 16th – 20th December,2025 (01 week)
iii. Chemical Analysis of Customs Samples & HS Classification
Participants: Fiji, Ghana, Kazakhstan, Morocco, Nepal, Niger, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Zambia

iv. Chemical Testing of Customs Samples for HS Classification
Participants: Armenia, Madagascar, Niger, Nigeria
