Introduction
The Custom House Laboratory, Visakhapatnam is functioning since 1997. The Laboratory has been granted NABL Accreditation in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 in the discipline of chemical testing of Food & Agricultural Products (Edible Oils and Fats), Petroleum & Products (Fuel Oil) and Ores & Mineral (Iron Ore) with effect from 10.01.2022. It tests samples received mainly from the Custom House, Visakhapatnam; Custom House, Kakinada; Custom House, Krishnapatnam; ICD Hyderabad and Paradeep Customs Division
