Chairman, Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs (CBIC) and Secretary-General of World Customs Organization (WCO) signed a Project Co-operation Agreement for the WCO Regional Customs Laboratory Professional Program on the sidelines of the 141st /142nd Sessions of the WCO Customs Co-operation Council meeting in Brussels between CBIC and WCO on 24.06.2023. As an Regional Customs Laboratory (RCL), mandate of Central Revenues Control Laboratory (CRCL) includes capacity building, cooperation for regional training, technical assistance and information sharing in respect of chemical testing for Customs purposes and Narcotics.
